**Job Opportunity in Digital Transformation**

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead our digital-first customer experience strategy.

Retail banking and general insurance products require underpinning technology for simple, convenient, and affordable services. This technology is provided by Retail Technology Services (RBS) to help personal and private bank customers manage their everyday needs, buy homes, protect assets, or invest for the future.

Our team is responsible for driving innovation, improving customer engagement, and creating new business opportunities through partnerships, ventures, and a digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include defining product vision, goals, and roadmaps aligned with crew objectives and engaging stakeholders to manage delivery. The successful candidate will be accountable for end-to-end value delivery, product lifecycle management, and addressing impediments.

This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience in transformation journeys to public cloud. Knowledge of AWS Public Cloud or native technologies is desirable.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A background in technology product ownership within banking and financial services.
  • Experience in transformation journeys to public cloud.
  • Knowledge of AWS Public Cloud or native technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role.
  • Agile environment experience is desired.
