Key Responsibilities

About You
  • Previous experience in a reception, customer service, or call centre environment (experience in a pet or medical field a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A friendly, warm, and professional manner, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
  • Experience with appointment scheduling, invoicing, and payment processing
  • Well-developed computer skills and accurate data entry
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A team-focused approach, with a willingness to work collaboratively to achieve excellent patient care and client satisfaction
