We are looking for experienced, passionate, customer focused wait staff to join our growing functions team at The Fraternity Club.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Setting up the function spaces, ensuring they are ready for guest arrival.
- Meeting and greeting function guests.
- Provide quality food and beverage service as required for each function. Must be able to confidently carry a minimum of 3 plates for service.
- Meeting the clients’ expectations whilst delivering exceptional customer service for the duration of the function.
- Clearing of tables, clean up and pack down of functions, including resetting function spaces as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Hospitality/ waitering experience - experience in functions and events desirable
- Exceptional commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Be a team player
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

You must hold current RSA certificate. RGC certificate preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Work Location: In person
