We're seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our close-knit team in Bundaberg.

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality radiotherapy treatment and/or planning activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy, including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary modalities and techniques.

In this role, you will personally undertake radiation therapy treatment responsibilities and associated duties, while promoting and contributing to an effective team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment and/or planning activities
  • Promoting and contributing to an effective multidisciplinary team
  • Ensuring the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures

You will have strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment and planning)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field (Radiation Therapy)
  • Registration as a Radiation Therapist with relevant authorities
