Our Bundaberg clinic is looking for TWO Radiation Therapist's to join their close-knit team. One is a full-time, permanent opportunity and the other is a part-time, 2 days per week, 6-month contract.

As a Radiation Therapist you are responsible for delivering efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment and/or planning activities of a high quality. These positions are in a clinical role that contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment.

More specifically, you will:

• Personally undertake radiation therapy treatment responsibilities and associated duties.

• Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.

• Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.

• Ensures that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques

• Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment

• Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services

• Bachelor degree as relevant (Radiation Therapy)

• Registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA
