The Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
You will be responsible for performing a range of tasks, including:

  • Providing professional, positive and friendly interactions with customers.
  • Hosting and assisting with customer enquiries.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivables.
  • Providing administrative and operational support to various departments.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Assisting with customer account management.
