Customer Experience Support Specialist

The Role

As a Customer Experience Support Specialist, you will provide ongoing support and assistance to the sales manager and sales development manager, facilitating the achievement of the sales team's business strategies and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Production and maintenance of sales collateral and documents
  • Providing assistance with recruitment, onboarding, and inductions of sales consultants
  • Coordination of sales admin function and team
  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties to assist sales consultants and enhance customer experience
  • Assisting with collation and production of reports for the sales team

Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for an authentic, committed, and driven individual with strong administration and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. You should have a positive attitude, a passion for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
