Leadership Opportunity in Disability Sector

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader to oversee our NDIS Support Coordination team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and a deep understanding of the NDIS standards and compliance requirements.

The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance and achievement of organisational goals. This includes:

  • Providing leadership and oversight of the NDIS Support Coordination team
  • Managing the intake of NDIS referrals and allocating participants to Support Coordinators
  • Supervising staff providing day-to-day guidance and formal monthly supervision
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and meet financial targets
  • Assisting with NDIS Quality and Safety compliance audits
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance requirements
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach
  • Ability to support and guide staff while stepping in to assist when required
  • Discretion and empathy in managing sensitive information and situations
  • Organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Certificate IV, tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience
