Job Overview: Service Delivery Lead

The role of the Service Delivery Lead is pivotal in driving business success. As a dynamic and results-driven leader, you will be instrumental in stakeholder engagement and management.

This position involves leading a team to deliver Maintenance, Engineering, Supply, Planning, and Operational Support Services to clients. You will maintain an efficient support system, operating within industry best practices, to ensure service delivery targets are met or exceeded.

  • Technical Data and Defence-Supplied Equipment

  • Service Delivery Reporting and Coordination

You will also oversee the management and development of essential plans and documentation, including:

  • Annual Worklists
  • Maintenance and Supply Chain Plans
  • Acceptance and Deviation Documentation Technical Data Schedule and List
  • Survey & Quote, Efficiency Reports, and Service Requests

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated leadership in delivering services within a complex stakeholder environment, experience managing services within a similar context, strong initiative and self-motivation, and a commitment to lead by example in quality and standards.
