Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client records with precision.
- Assist in the receipting processes for operations across multiple regions.
- Support the processing of supplier invoices efficiently.
- Manage local freight invoices, ensuring accurate record-keeping and identifying discrepancies.
- Engage proactively with debtors to facilitate timely payments.
- Conduct thorough checks on new credit applications and assess existing ones to minimize risk.
- Keep track of various company assets, including vehicles, and update records accordingly.
- Oversee petty cash management with regular reconciliations.
- Assist in the end-of-month financial processing.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong numerical and administrative skills.
- Familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
- High level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Driver's license is preferred.
- Must reside in Australia with unrestricted work rights.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Knowledge of MYOB accounting software.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or administration.
Compensation: Competitive salary of $65, plus superannuation.
Work Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.
