">The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about working with children and have experience in managing day-to-day operations of an OSHC or similar service.
">We are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage our Brunswick Heads Outside School Hours Care (after school and vacation care) service. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who share your enthusiasm for providing high-quality childcare services.
">Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to provide clear guidance and support to staff members, and have a calm, friendly, and engaging approach when interacting with children.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Managing the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of programs and activities;">
- Leading and motivating staff to achieve goals and objectives;">
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the National Quality Framework;">
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being;">
**Benefits:**
">This is a part-time term position (minimum 21 hours per week, up to 35 hours per week during school holiday periods), with salary and conditions in accordance with the NSW Local Government (State) Award. The successful candidate will also receive:

**Location:** This position is based at Council's OSHC Service in Brunswick Heads; however, there may be requirements to work from other locations as necessary for operational reasons.
