Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth and development.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of educators who are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education programs. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering educational programs that align with the Australian Curriculum and National Quality Standards. You will also be required to establish and maintain relationships with parents and caregivers to ensure that their child's needs are being met.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a strong commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Australian Curriculum and National Quality Standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with parents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver educational programs
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • An ACECQA-approved teaching qualification
  • Current Teacher's Registration or interest in obtaining one where applicable
  • A current State Working with Children Check
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Additional Child Protection Training per Education and Care Services National Law requirements (completion of CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 or willingness to obtain before commencement)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
