Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Behaviour Support Professionals to provide support to individuals in need, confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at the Proficient level.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing participants' needs, developing evidence-based support plans, and identifying meaningful goals and strategies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and act as an advocate for best practices.

You will also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced colleagues and build their knowledge, capacity, and strengths.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working in the disability sector and be committed to delivering high-quality care.

About The Role:
  • Assess participants' needs and develop evidence-based support plans

Requirements:
