The Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio at Medtronic offers a range of groundbreaking devices and therapies designed to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms and heart failure. As a Territory Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling these innovative products and services across the assigned territory hospital network.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clinical stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
  • Implementing effective sales and service strategies to drive business growth and deliver outstanding results for our customers.
  • Providing the highest level of clinical service and technical support to customers, while identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Maintaining and enhancing your clinical, technical, and sales knowledge to ensure excellence in your role.
  • Collaborating with other Clinical Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, and Business Development Managers to execute business plans and drive success.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing, general science, business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in clinical cardiac sales, account planning, territory management, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cardiac pacing devices.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%.
