Delivering Exceptional Patient Care: A Vital Role

This role offers the opportunity to be exposed to the clinical side of our clinic with a full overview of the patient journey.

The ideal candidate will have strengths in patient engagement, efficiency, professionalism, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the overall coordination, documentation, and implementation of medical records.
  • Perform all receptionist duties including welcoming patients, answering telephone calls, scheduling and managing appointments, collecting and entering patients' details, billing patients, maintaining internal data up to date.
  • Foster professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.
  • Maintain compliance with organisational policy and procedure.
  • Ad hoc data entry and administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Open and close the practice.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Experience as an Optical dispenser is advantageous.
  • Exemplary communication, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-focused approach with genuine empathy and interest in patients' needs.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and/or exposure of Practice Management software is highly desirable.
