  • Provide administrative support to medical staff.

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day front desk operations, including booking, billing, and invoicing.

  • Manage medical records by scanning and sending documents securely.
  • Maintain stock levels in doctors' rooms and perform basic cleaning duties.
