As a Car Sales Expert at Cars24, your primary focus will be on delighting and amzing our customers throughout their car-buying journey. You will be the face of our brand, building trust with our customers through timely, reliable, and communicative interactions.

We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have a valid driver's license, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the point of contact for customers booking test drives, ensuring a warm and professional experience
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, using exceptional communication skills and a highly professional demeanor
  • Liaise closely with the Customer Operations team to ensure seamless delivery and pick-up processes
  • Assist in administrative tasks, such as completing paperwork, to ensure a smooth handover process
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in assessing cars for delivery or pick-up
  • Contribute to the development of customer-facing processes, helping shape the future of our business
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Conduct test drives with customers, using active listening skills to close sales effectively

The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service, a positive outlook, and a proactive attitude. A valid driver's license is required for this role, and candidates must be willing to undergo a police and background check.
