About the Role

Sulzer Australia is a global leader in repairing rotating equipment. We are currently seeking a driven and motivated Account Manager VIC to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop growth plans for the allocated territory, including sufficient processes to measure success.
  • Execution of the Account Manager Plan and collaboration with other sales staff towards an annual budget.
  • To co-ordinate and manage activities, ensuring aggressive goal achievement.
  • To ensure prompt and accurate feedback on outstanding quotes for effective forecasting.
  • To produce and own Forecasts for Order Intake with alignment from the Sales Excellence Business Partner.
  • To work closely with Service Centers and management to identify opportunities for improvement and jointly develop plans to deliver on these opportunities.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, Large Electric Motor Service, Turbine.
  • 5+ Years' experience in sales/customer service roles.
  • 5+ years experience with Electrical / Mechanical products.
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office packages and CRM databases.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High-level negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and work with others.

Your Salary

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
