About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at Real Time. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and our customers are happy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Onboard new customers, configuring our platform and providing them with the support they need to succeed.
  • Test and refine our cutting-edge apps, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Master our proprietary software, hardware, and networking systems, troubleshooting issues with ease.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in L1-L2 level support, with a deep understanding of Windows, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • A knack for diagnosing and resolving issues across multiple technologies.
  • A passion for providing exceptional support and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and embrace new challenges.
