As a dedicated Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new customers.
You will work closely with the Implementation Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales support. Your responsibilities will include managing the post-sales process, providing technical guidance, and delivering customer training through the onboarding process.
The following key tasks are integral to this role:
- Manage post-sales processes for customers using strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers by guiding them through the implementation and adoption of our platform.
- Collaborate with Sales teams during the customer's transition to the post-sales team.
- Ensure a smooth transition from Onboarding to Support once the service is live.
- Work with the Data Team to migrate data across from other systems during the initial onboarding.
- Project manage the customer's schedule and onboarding timeline according to launch.
- Provide technical guidance to help customers use our system successfully.
- Deliver customer training through the onboarding process and maintain training documentation.
