Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Hardware Technician to support our clients by providing hands-on repairs and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT hardware. This is a casual, hybrid role that requires a motivated and reliable individual to play a key part in maintaining the technical excellence of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service requests, diagnose and repair IT hardware issues
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work
  • Visit client sites, provide on-site technical support, configure or upgrade equipment, and resolve faults efficiently and professionally

Requirements

  • Previous experience in IT hardware support, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Good working knowledge of desktop/laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
