About the Role

We're on a mission to help as many people as possible put their very own property in their hands, so they can build a future they're proud of. As a key member of our team, you'll guide customers through the exciting journey of building their new home - from understanding their goals to handing over the keys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source the right land, builder, and house design options that best fit each client's budget, lifestyle, and long-term plans.
  • Ask the right questions to uncover your customers' true needs and help them get clear on what's possible.
  • Be their trusted advisor - providing expert advice, answering questions, and overcoming any roadblocks along the way.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with your clients through genuine care, clear communication, and a solutions-focused approach.
The Perfect Candidate

We're looking for someone with proven sales or building industry experience who is self-motivated and driven, with a genuine customer-first mindset. You should be tech-comfortable and ready to learn our systems.
