New Choice Homes is an award winning builder and a part of the Spadaccini Group of Companies including Spadaccini Homes, AMG Home Builders and New Choice Homes. We offer a variety of solutions to owner occupiers, developers and investors including single storey homes, double storey homes and unit developments.

Due to continued growth and increased jobs on site, we are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with strong residential construction experience to join our growing team. This position is based in the BALDIVIS AREA and will require the supervisor to be living in the area with an existing trade base.

This role is available for an immediate start.

Successful applicants will meet the following criteria:

  • Be able to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Deliver and maintain a quality, active trade bank.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience as a site supervisor in residential construction (5 years minimum).
  • Be able to work independent and unsupervised whilst remaining part of a team.
  • Be able to problem solve and remain calm under times of pressure.
  • IT and computer competency - Clickhome experience an advantage.
  • Experience in double storey and unit sites is highly desirable.

The right candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary package based on your experience which also includes a company vehicle, phone and I-pad.

This role allows your to manage your sites at ease knowing you will have no direct phone contact with clients as we have a dedicated client liaison in the office throughout the whole of construction.
