We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Religious Education Secondary Teacher to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time ongoing position available at both our Melton and Cobblebank campuses.
About the Role- Teaching and Learning: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, promoting academic achievement and character development.
- Community Building: Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
- Spiritual Growth: Lead religious education classes that promote faith development, values, and social responsibility.
This role requires a candidate with excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for creating a challenging and educational learning environment that caters to the needs of all students.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification
- A strong commitment to Catholic education and its values
- An ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods and technologies
- An enthusiasm for implementing a differentiated curriculum and utilizing modern technology to support student learning
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, which includes a minimum annual salary of $78,021. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
