Job RoleMain Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Oversee the recruitment, supervision, and performance management of support staff within the region.
- Scheduling and Allocation: Ensure effective scheduling and allocation of support workers to meet clients' needs.
- Performance and Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance standards, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to generate leads, convert sales opportunities, and identify new business prospects within the NDIS sector.
- Qualifications: A relevant four-year degree with one year of experience; three-year degree with two years of experience; associate diploma with relevant experience; or lesser qualifications with substantial experience.
- Experience: At least two years in team leadership or support management within the NDIS sector.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, statutory requirements, and organisational policies.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem-solving, leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
