
Regional Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional support services within our service region.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead and manage a team of support staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet client needs.
- To develop and implement effective scheduling and allocation strategies to optimize support worker deployment.
- To monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with management directives and standards.
- To collaborate with the Business Development team to generate and convert sales leads through targeted marketing initiatives.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with participants, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health Professionals.
The successful candidate will work under general direction to manage their respective service region, applying their skills and knowledge gained through qualifications and/or experience.
Requirements:- A relevant four-year degree or equivalent qualification with at least one year of experience;
- A three-year degree or equivalent qualification with at least two years of experience;
- An associate diploma with relevant experience;
- Or lesser qualifications with substantial experience.
In addition to the required qualifications, applicants should have at least two years of experience in team leadership or support management within the NDIS sector, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
