Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Specialist to support our team in Brisbane. This role is ideal for an individual who can collect, analyze, and present sales and market data to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection: Source and gather sales and market data from local and national markets.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on property marketing trends and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update key databases with accurate property, company, and contact information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (brokers, research, valuation, and marketing) to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A basic understanding of financial modeling and commercial property transactions.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
