Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Demand Forecast Specialist to join our team. With over 50,000 passionate individuals working together across the globe, you'll have a significant impact on our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of demand forecasts. This involves interpreting and validating outputs, reviewing forecasts independently, and providing exception-based feedback to teams to ensure target accuracy is met.

This is an exciting time to join our Inventory & Forecast team as we transform inventory management for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Merchandise Planning to optimize inventory levels and achieve financial targets.
  • Support the business through improved forecasts and accurate reporting, influencing decision-making.
  • Drive enhancements in forecast accuracy and ensure continuous improvement throughout the planning function.
  • Develop clear action plans and mitigation strategies through demand planning reports.
  • Build key inputs and strategies for the Demand TIR supporting execution of the Merchandise Product Strategy.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you'll be a driven analytical individual with a strength in building stakeholder relationships. You'll have qualifications in Data Analysis, Technology, or related experience, demonstrated skills in data analysis and reporting, and strong Excel and Power Bi skills.
