Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our automotive workforce. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in shaping the future of our industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of the automotive sector. They will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that uplift performance, strengthen talent pipelines, and support the organisation's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and delivering blended learning programs tailored to both technical and enterprise learning pathways.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to co-create content and support knowledge transfer.
  • Leading the end-to-end management of apprenticeship and traineeship programs across Australia.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A deep understanding of the automotive industry and training.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop young technicians.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels.
