Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team.

  • Manage complex projects and teams, ensuring site safety, compliance, and quality control.

  • Lead and supervise site contractors to deploy and test installations according to requirements and maintain a safe working condition.

  • Serve as the main on-site liaison between subcontractors, clients, and project managers.

  • Enforce site safety, compliance, and quality control, coordinating installation and conducting inspections to ensure completed work meets relevant codes, client requirements, and standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading and supervising site contractors to deploy and test installations according to requirements and maintain a safe working condition.

  • Serving as the main on-site liaison between subcontractors, clients, and project managers.

  • Enforcing site safety, compliance, and quality control.

  • Cordinating installation and conducting inspections to ensure completed work meets relevant codes, client requirements, and standards.

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years on significant infrastructure or industrial projects.

  • An Electrical Trade Qualification and current Victorian Electrical License.

  • A sound knowledge of electrical AUS/NZ standards and construction safety regulations.
