Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Allocate rooms according to guest preferences, availability, and business demands, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Efficiently manage payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Offer room upgrades, special amenities, and fulfill specific guest requests to elevate their experience, fostering loyalty and positive reviews.
  • Maintain meticulous reservation records to monitor room availability, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignments, utilizing problem-solving skills to find amicable solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems would be advantageous
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
