This exciting opportunity enables you to significantly enhance the stay of our esteemed guests by providing exceptional service and ensuring seamless front desk operations. As a skilled guest experience host, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests professionally.
  • Provide local area attraction information with enthusiasm.
  • Accurately complete all department-related paperwork.
  • Maintain proficiency in using various communication tools, including telephones, facsimiles, and computers.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our resorts and livestreams.
  • Establish rapport with customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Closely collaborate with resort operations teams to provide high-quality service and seamless transitions.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of traveling within our community.
  • Meet set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


What We Look For:
  • Previous experience in similar hotel positions.
  • A genuine passion for customer service and local areas.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.
  • High standards of presentation and professional grooming.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is advantageous.
  • The ability to recognize and resolve workplace problems effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
