Property Valuation Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic property student or graduate with valuations experience to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in property valuations, specifically in the subdivision sector.

  • This role involves working closely with a Senior Director of the development valuations team, undertaking all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, property inspections, data compilation, sales analysis, and report preparation.
  • You will be responsible for working with a range of clients, including banks, government, private investors, corporates, developers, and major institutions.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.
