Maintenance Team Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled maintenance team leader to join our team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard;
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of lawns and gardens;
  • Maintaining tools and equipment as required;
  • Adhering to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities

The Maintenance Team Lead will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out maintenance tasks in a professional manner;
  • Assisting with contractor coordination;
  • Conducting site inspections and providing reports;
  • Liaising with residents and coordinating viewings;
  • Providing support to the property team.

Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) Expectations

The Maintenance Team Lead is expected to:

  • Take reasonable care for their own health and safety;
  • Take reasonable care for the health and safety of others;
  • Apply WHS principles to every aspect of work;
  • Identify and report hazards immediately;
  • Follow infection prevention and control guidelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication;
  • Well-developed organizational skills within time constraints;
  • Sound problem-solving abilities and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work within deadlines;
  • Current and valid Australian driver's license;
  • Australian national police clearance.
