Key Sales Estimator Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Estimator to join our residential building team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales estimating and be able to deliver accurate and timely estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed sales estimates for tenders and contracts.
  • Obtain quotes and pricing for variations and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
  • Present tender documentation to clients and conduct quality checks to ensure clarity and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales estimating role within the residential building industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction plans, techniques, and terminology, with the ability to explain them in simple terms.
  • Competence with software systems and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and issues simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
