About the Role

Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Cleansing Team Leader to oversee outdoor cleaning operations. As a Team Leader, you will supervise a team of Cleansing Team Members to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

About You

  • Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities.
  • Manual driver's license.
  • Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working.
