About the Role

As a proactive leader, we are seeking an exceptional Cleansing Team Leader to oversee our outdoor cleaning operations at Green by Nature. The successful candidate will supervise a team of Cleansing Team Members to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with previous experience in outdoor cleaning or supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of outdoor cleaners to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Maintain and use cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

About You
  • Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team effectively is crucial for success in this role.
  • A willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities is essential.
  • A manual driver's license is required.
  • Physical fitness, reliability, punctuality, and a hard-working attitude are essential qualities for this position.
