About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to play a key role in planning and delivering marketing and communications activity that positions our company as a technical and thought leader.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, be proactive and highly organized, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver on promises. Experience in engineering, construction or property is preferred but we're open to candidates from other technical B2B industries.

You'll drive client event activity, create project case studies, flyers and presentations, and develop social media content that resonates with our key audiences. You'll also support internal staff engagement and talent attraction through campaign activity with our People & Culture team.

Your Skills and Experience
  • Marketing or communications professional with a few years of experience.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience in engineering, construction or property preferred, but open to other technical B2B industries.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, with flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate will have a global remit to deliver marketing and communications activity worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to position our company as a technical and thought leader.
  2. Create high-quality content including project case studies, flyers, presentations, and social media posts.
  3. Drive client event activity and support internal staff engagement and talent attraction through campaign activity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with ability to write engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
