Job Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to lead our team in developing innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and implementing e-marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  • Maintain all content on the company website and online projects, ensuring seamless user experience and visual appeal
  • Conduct market research and develop customer databases to inform data-driven decision making
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to enhance marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web development
  • Knowledge of statistical tracking tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Punctuality, good time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday. Free onsite parking is available.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think critically and creatively, and have a strong attention to detail.
