Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns from start to finish, covering the full marketing mix including digital marketing, videography projects, content production, social media, SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), blogs, events, and marketing automation.

Your role will involve working closely with our Sales and Marketing Teams to gain exposure to all facets of Marketing with a fast-paced and innovative B2B brand. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as Hubspot, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, website content management systems, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.

In this role, you will be expected to produce engaging written content across blogs, search ads, social media, websites, and electronic communication. You will also be required to support the Marketing Manager in implementing the marketing plan and work closely with stakeholders including C-Suite, Operations, Contract Manager, Commercial teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You will also need to have a strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of successful marketing experience
  • Excellent understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing
  • Strong project management skills - planning, execution, issue resolution, and control
  • Demonstrable experience of written content
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
