About the Role- Work with a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters who are passionate about digital delivery.
- Focus on core civil engineering discipline associated with roadworks, stormwater drainage & flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure for key clients.
We're seeking someone with:
- Understanding of urban development principles particularly related to site planning and servicing.
- Ability to work across multiple interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage.
- Familiarity with site grading and level design.
- Basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation.
- Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software e.g. Civil 3D, 12d, AutoCAD.
- Understanding of construction documentation and civil deliverables plans, specifications, schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints.
- Comfortable collaborating with other disciplines structural, architectural, geotechnical.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting.
