Duties & Responsibilities

">

Responsibilities include:

">
  • Stripping, assessing, rebuilding, and testing mechanical seals, couplings, and associated equipment.">
  • Completing Service-related documentation, including repair work quotations and parts planning.">
  • Scheduling jobs for repair and prioritizing work.">
  • Completing inspection and test plans consistent with meeting corporate compliance standards.">
  • Collecting and providing information for successful delivery solutions to customers.">
  • Assisting in root cause analysis investigations.">
  • Offering troubleshooting advice and reliability solutions with technical personnel.">
  • Completing periodic reporting requirements as agreed with management.">
  • Maintaining a clean workshop to cooperate standards.">
  • Working with sales and technical support staff to generate business opportunities.">
  • Working with document control systems.">
  • Attending customer sites for Service-related support.">
  • Developing and maintaining systems and computer skills.">
  • Other duties as required.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Two+ years industry experience post apprenticeship in rotating machinery.">
  • Trade certificate or equivalent.">
  • Professional knowledge of functional computer skills with common software.">
  • Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution preferred.">
