The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the position of Branch Manager Corporate, Information and Property Services. This role is a key part of the Enabling Services/Chief Operating Officer Group and reports directly to the Chief Corporate and Commercial Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and contribute to the strategic planning of the NDIA's corporate services functions.
- Set strategic direction, develop long-term plans, and implement operational strategies.
- Manage and develop all staff within the branch, leading it in implementing programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Ensure the NDIA's corporate functions are reliable, consistent, efficient, effective, and aligned with the Agency's corporate plan.
The Corporate, Information and Property Services Branch is responsible for delivering a range of shared services, including fleet vehicles, information management, mail, procurement, property, and contract management. The Branch delivers these services in approximately 150 locations across Australia and will be supporting an expanding service delivery network.
Requirements- Strong experience delivering corporate services for a large organisation.
- Demonstrated leadership credentials and the ability to deliver quality services.
- Ability to lead a large program to expand the network of properties with a highly accessible fit-out to support service delivery.
- Strong understanding of the legislative and policy frameworks that govern records management and corporate services in the Australian Public Service.
- Experience managing engagements with senior stakeholders, including other government agencies, internal Senior Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
