About Us

We are seeking a skilled Senior Space Planner to contribute to the development of property solutions.

Job Description

You will play a key role in providing planning, design, and documentation services for property projects. Your expertise will help improve our Design & Documentation capabilities, ensuring we meet the needs of all stakeholders and provide best-in-class property solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate internal and design activities across allocated projects.
  • Provide technical building design expertise to the property team and wider business.
  • Engage consultants, including architects, planners, engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the property team on spatial design and needs.
  • Participate in design-related continuous improvement, including design standards.
  • Contribute to Design Team and property team dashboards.
  • Offer design solutions focusing on branch safety risk reduction or elimination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, managers, operations leaders, region leaders, peers, juniors, and suppliers.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of property project financial measures for informed design decisions supporting business needs.
  • Communication: Seeking and sharing information, encouraging discussion, and timely communication using various methods.
  • Functional/Technical Expertise: Relevant knowledge and skills in Architecture, Design, or Construction, with at least 4-8 years' experience, qualification in a related field, and industry experience.
  • Presentation Skills: Effective presentation to various audiences, including digital and in-person formats, to inform, gain support, and collect opinions.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, Enscape 3D rendering, MS Office programs, and presentation software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
