Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Space Design Strategist to lead the analysis and modeling of space design across our institution. This is a full-time opportunity based at our main campus.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing space utilization data and collaborating with stakeholders to understand current and emerging space needs.
  • Providing design insight and support for pre-design projects, drawing on spatial analytics to develop and inform infrastructure initiatives.
  • Developing strategic space models, forecasts, and scenario plans to guide decision-making.
  • Translating data insights into clear recommendations, visualizations, and project briefs.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of spaces including teaching areas, professional workplaces, and student-centered environments.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in commercial design, architecture, engineering, or a related field, with proven project experience in large, complex environments.
  • Experience working with teaching spaces, professional workplaces, and student-centered environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret spatial data to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to produce compelling reports and present technical concepts clearly.
