**Support Client Care Specialist - Clyde to Berwick**

 

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team, supporting clients in their daily lives.

As a Support Client Care Specialist, you will be working with clients who require 24/7 care and support in the Outer suburbs of Melbourne - from Clyde to Berwick. You will need to have a strong ability to work with clients one-on-one, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported with clear boundaries, structured routines, and clear communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care tasks such as showering, toileting and dressing
  • Assisting with manual handling and mobility needs, including safe transfers and use of equipment
  • Accompanying clients out into the community to engage in activities they enjoy
  • Preparing simple, nutritious meals for clients
  • Participating in light cleaning duties around the home when needed
  • Assisting with medication management

Available shifts include mornings, afternoons, and overnight shifts.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care) as a minimum, along with a valid driver's license and reliable car.

Additional requirements include:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
