About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Coordinator to lead and coordinate our South Pacific social media strategy. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing innovative campaigns that align with brand guidelines, marketing plans, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Creating and managing engaging content, utilising global content where appropriate and generating complementary local content.
  • Engaging ambassadors and influencers through strong partnerships and authentic content collaborations.
  • Collaborating internally and externally to maximise reach and impact.
  • Analysing and reporting performance by tracking social metrics, delivering insightful reports, and continuously optimising for growth and engagement.
  • Staying ahead of trends by championing the latest social media tools and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in social media and/or marketing or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years proven experience managing social media for brands, with strong content creation skills.
  • A passion for storytelling with an eye for visual and written content excellence.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and excellent communication skills.
  • Project management skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
