About the Role

We are seeking an experienced business analyst to support a large-scale IT infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will work closely with network engineers, IT operations, and clinical stakeholders to capture and document requirements that will shape the remediation of the existing data center environment.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. Requirements Elicitation: Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews with technical and clinical stakeholders.
  2. Gather and Document Requirements: Gather and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  3. Analysis & Documentation: Translate complex technical remediation needs into clear business requirements documents (BRDs) and technical requirements documents (TRDs).
  4. Solution Definition & Support: Collaborate with architects and engineers to validate technical solutions against business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably on large-scale IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of data centre networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routing/Switching, Virtualisation, Cloud Connectivity).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, bridging technical and non-technical groups.
