About this role

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated leader to guide our frontline team and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

The Team Leader will balance hands-on support work with leadership responsibilities. They will mentor, guide, and support a team of support workers, ensuring quality service delivery, compliance, and a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct support to clients in line with their individual care plans.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of support workers.
  • Coordinating rosters and ensuring shifts are covered efficiently.
  • Monitoring service quality, compliance, and safety requirements.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for team concerns, feedback, and escalation.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in disability, aged care, or community services (NDIS experience preferred).
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A supportive, approachable, and team-focused leadership style.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
