Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will play a critical part in providing strategic financial insights that drive business growth and inform decision-making.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, experience in budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and commercial teams.

You will work closely with the Head of FP&A, supporting the development and implementation of financial plans, as well as providing ongoing support to the wider Finance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Influence business unit strategy formulation and communication
  • Support key commercial decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to embed stronger business partnering processes
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models
  • Provide value-added insights to senior leadership and commercial teams
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA/CIMA qualification with 5-7 years' experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle and/or HFM
  • Solid experience building detailed financial models
